‘AA People’
Portraits of the architects teaching at the AA School of Architecture, London, 1975.
For several years in the 1970s, I was a part-time lecturer at the AA and spent many happy hours photographing the architects and others working there. This new zine shows a wide range of staff who were either well-known already or later became so. It includes Cedric Price, Sue Rogers, Mike Gold, Alvin Boyasky, Sir Ove Arup, Walter Segal, Hermione Hobhouse, Peter Cook, Mark Fisher, Denys Lasdun, Piers Gough, David Shalev, Patrick Hodgkinson, Conrad Jameson, Charles Jencks, Paul Oliver, Sir Hugh Casson, James Gowan, Will Alsop, Grahame Shane, Robin Middleton, Ingrid Morris and others.
